All orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we'll send you tracking details so you can stay updated.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship across the USA. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—stay tuned!

Returns & exchange

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to be eligible.

Yes. We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewellery made to last. That’s why we offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order. The warranty covers craftsmanship defects and issues resulting from the workmanship of the piece.
2. What is not covered under the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or wear and tear from daily use such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading.
3. How do I claim the warranty?

4. Can I return or exchange items under the warranty?
